South Overland Trail

Room available now in a clean 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, pet friendly home near Elizabeth and Overland in Fort Collins, CO. The house is shared with two female college students and is located in a great neighborhood! Clean, happy household and I wish I didn’t have to leave! The house is pet friendly and there will be two cats living here in January. Dogs are allowed but MUST be cat friendly. Rent is $575 a month and monthly bills are between $30-60 a month (fluctuation dependent on electric usage and season). The home is furnished and room will come with bed frame and comfortable mattress. Bathroom is not private and/or attached to room but is shared with just one other female. Kitchen is large and clean with plenty of pantry space. All in all great place to live! Please send me an email if you are interested.

The roommates are two female college students. Really great individuals who respect each other and clean up after themselves. They’re also always down to help one another out and grab a drink after a long day!
