Room available in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house located in Tillson, New York. Wood floors throughout, spacious kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Utilities average out to be a little less than $100 a month. No pets allowed. Aside from the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. I am open to someone bringing in furniture but would like to discuss it beforehand.

I am a returning Student Conservation Association member who will be doing a second term with New York State Parks. I love botany, ecology, art, gardening, and anything outdoors.

It is not a requirement, but if you are also in the environmental field, that would be a huge plus for me :)

I would prefer a roommate who is also queer and somewhere in their 20s.
