Large finished basement in large house. Basement has lots of room to spread out, over 400 sq ft! Well equipped kitchen. Home gym with treadmill, rower and weight machine. Space in garage if you need some extra storage. Washer and dryer also. Plenty of off street parking.

I am a 41 year old woman living alone with 2 dogs. They’re sweet (and a little crazy) but we’re not looking for more furry family. I’m very chill, non judgemental and drama free. I love a good chat about most anything but also appreciate solitude and respect privacy. I’m pretty quiet with few visitors. I don’t smoke/drink, but am ok with smoking outside and 420/drinks if kept downstairs. I do vape. Open to any and all questions!
