About the room
We have an opening for a room in an upstairs apartment in a 4plex in Huntington Beach. It’s a 2bd room apartment that’s 10 minutes from the beach and the nearest freeway (405). The room is spacious and comes with a sliding door closet. My current roommate is moving closer to his job but ideally I would like someone of a similar background. The ideal roommate would be a working professional in their 20’s-30’s with no pets with no smoking habits. Room is available to move in as of January 1st, it will be unfurnished.
About the roomies
I am a 26 year old male working professional. As such, I work 8-6 M-F and am away most weekends. I don’t smoke but I do enjoy libations.
