Can’t beat this room in the Mission, SF! Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Includes your own personal full bathroom. Lots of natural sunlight. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Not far from Precita Park and Bernal Heights Park.
Apartment is on the second floor and is 1200 sqft. Laundry is available in the garage (not in the apartment itself). Kitchen comes with dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, oven.
A portion of the utilities are covered by rent. You should expect to pay around $1250 total per month for rent, internet, and utility overages (overages are shared among all occupants).

About the roomies
My partner and I live in this shared space. I’m a 43 year old software engineer and my partner is 38 and works in social outreach/community services. We both play music, like to cook, are involved with community events, and rock climb at a local gym.
