Hello I currently have my newborn baby inside my house I Don’t mind if u have kids I’m only allowing 1 child inside my home no more then 1 Also I’m looking for a roommate that has a Steady job that Just don’t sit home all day inside the house you can do light cooking on the stove inside the kitchen Please when u using the Pot and Pans Please make sure to clean them and put them back where they go only light COOKING my Refrigerator is off limits u will have ur own Mini Fridge inside the room my Rent is $2,600 I’m renting out a room for 11 months stay maximum for $799 plus $75 security deposit that will be $874 all together to move in light bill will be included the Room will be Private it will be a Mini Fridge inside the room a Flat screen tv with Roku apps with movies Pluto tv Tubi , Starz it will be cable tv on all 3 tv’s which will be direct tv and the washer and dryer is inside the building also a wash house is up the street for u to wash and dry ur clothes It has a Patio access for u too BBQ Grill It has a Water Front view which is the Lake a coffee drip maker inside the kitchen also a toaster maker alot of Shopping centers nearby Aventura mall also Haulover Beach is close Oleta River park Publix 5 Below Panda Express Chick-F-A Checkers Burger King and Mc Donald’s and Sunny Isles Beach is very close by the bathroom will be shared with me please no overnight stays no parties only 1 person Thanks hope to hear from u soon .
