We are looking for someone to take one of two available rooms in our spacious home available on the first of July. The rooms are currently discounted and set at 1,140 for one room or 1,250 month for a massive master bedroom. Both available with month to month leasing.

The rooms are already furnished with a Full-sized bed, decor, and desks.

The house is a 4 room 2.5 bath 2,405 sqft fully furnished located in Cherrywood Austin with a great back and front yard. The home includes a large kitchen as well as a great front and back yard area for chilling, having friends over, and enjoying a firepit.

It’s in a great location in a wonderful neighborhood located minutes north of downtown Austin, a short bike ride from UT, and a 5 min walk to many restaurants and bars such as Civil Goat Coffee, Cherrywood Coffee House, and Bird Bird Biscuit

We are two professionals in our early and mid twenties from the west and east coast always looking to meet new people and create new connections. Two of us work remotely and given the home’s Google fiber connection its a safe and reliable place to far all types of work. Additionally we have a furry friend named Collie who’s a tuxedo cat. You’ll find him sleeping or lounging on the floor as we go about our regular day.
