Fairfield Street

Hi ! I am subletting my room as I will be moving out of Boston in January (flexible move in date). I am subletting my room January to August 2020.

The apartment is located in a great area, in Fairfield Street (Back Bay) close to Copley (all green lines) and bus 1 to Harvard/MIT. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, it is a basement floor but with access to a private patio.Expenses around $75 in the winter and $40 in the summer (Wifi + electricity) - Gas and Hot water included.

It can be furnished or unfurnished, if furnished I will be selling all furniture in pictures for 300$. I can include bed, bedside table, hangers, drying rack, mirror even hairdryer, comforter and pillows if you want them.

The goods: Great neighborhood quiet and safe but central Private bathroom Hard wood floors Nice size kitchen and living room plus dishwasher Only one roommate

The not so goods: Its located in a basement floor so not a lot of sunlight Card operated laundry from property manager located 1 block away (Exeter Street)

PS: we can always ask the property manager to change contract to your name but unfortunately this comes with a fee, credit check, etc.
