About the room
We’re looking for a roommate to share our four-bedroom house in the Seattle area.
$1000/month, includes the following:
- electricity and gas
- water and sewer
- garbage
- Dish Network and Gigabit Internet access
- Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+
Four bedroom/three bathroom house. Besides our room, one is my massage studio, one is the guest room, the other will be yours. You’ll have your own bathroom that you’ll occasionally have to share with overnight guests. The house has a large deck overlooking a huge backyard with a beautiful view of the Cascades, perfect for viewing the sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee.
We’re in North Seatac, a five minute drive from both the airport and the light rail station, 45-minute train ride downtown or 20- to 30-minute drive depending on traffic.
About the roomies
We’re a married, gay couple in our 30s. We have three greyhounds and a Russian Blue cat, but we keep a very tidy house (two Roombas run everyday). We both work from home. I’m a massage therapist with an in-house studio; the hubs is a project management consultant. We only drink and 420 (outside).
We’d prefer to live with another professional, gay male, but we’re open to others in the LGBTQ or allied umbrella. We would also prefer an animal lover with no pets of their own, but if our animals get along, we might be able to work something out.
No smokers. NO DRUGS.
