This spacious 1,078 sq. ft. apartment features a split-bedroom layout, which is perfect for privacy because the rooms are not back-to-back, and we don’t share a bedroom wall. You will have a large, spacious bedroom with a big closet and your own full, private bathroom. The entire apartment is already fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. While storage space is a bit limited, there is definitely room to fit some of your essentials, and you are welcome to decorate your room and bathroom exactly how you like. The location in Century West is absolutely perfect for an outdoor lover; it’s a 5-minute walk to the Deschutes River and surrounded by trails in a very walkable and bike-friendly area with beautiful views and frequent deer visits. You’re only a 5-minute drive to the Old Mill and about 8 minutes from both Downtown and COCC. If you love the mountains or the water, Mt. Bachelor is just 25–30 minutes away, and the lakes are about 40 minutes out, making this the ideal home base for skiing, hiking, or paddleboarding.

Hey! I’m Griselda (I go by Gris or Grey). I’m 29, Mexican-American, and a student at COCC. I’m all about good energy, living in harmony, and keeping a beautiful space! A little about me: I’m a plant lover and love being creative—whether it’s scrapbooking, taking photos, or planning a nice dinner. I love music, and you’ll definitely catch me cleaning the house with the music up loud or having my own personal karaoke nights! 🎤✨ While I love to have fun, I study a lot and keep things responsible. It’s a happy, positive home. I’m very family-oriented. My siblings live in Salem, and I have a twin, so while they don’t visit often, they do stay with me when they come to town. Aside from those occasional family visits, I don’t have many people over. I’m very respectful of shared space and prefer keeping the apartment a peaceful sanctuary for both of us! I have a sweet Cane Corso/Pit mix named Blueau. She is my ESA and the best protector/companion ever. We are outdoor junkies and love hitting the lake even on random weekdays! 🌊🌲 I’m super communicative and value a clean, positive environment.
