1 bedroom and attached bath available in 2x2 apartment in Northdale/Carrollwood area off of Dale Mabry. Base rent would be $1576 ($788 each) starting in June. However, total rent and utilities combined would run about $930 each, probably increasing slightly with more utility usage. This is a third-floor apartment with no elevator. The lease is up in June 2026, but I’m planning on staying there if you would like to take over and then resign, or just move in June. Additional move in costs would be your key fob for the gate and parking registration for your car.

I’m 24, work full-time, and have no pets. I’m fairly quiet and laid-back, but like to keep my space tidy and clean.
