About me: Single working mom who is an engineer and shares custody of a not-your-average 3 year old (my friends say he’s chill, and I’m not looking for a babysitter), who lives in the house half time. Big fan of women’s sports (I play rugby), good beer, and chill vibes. Non-negotiables: LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly. No cats/dogs. Amenities: Sunroom, basement home gym, backyard hot tub, kegerator, smaller bedroom that could be converted into a home office at additional minimal cost.

It’s me and my 3 yo son. He’s there Wed / Thur though Sunday. He sleeps through the night, rarely cries. I’m in the office Mon-Thur, working from home on Fridays. I do like to host from time to time.
