About the Room & House: The room shares a bathroom with a male tenant (military, very tidy) who has a dog that mostly stays outside and only comes in to sleep. Another housemate is female with a cat. If you have a pet, they’ll need to get along with the existing pets; $50/month additional for pets. Shared spaces include a large kitchen, laundry on site, huge backyard, AC, and solar panels. Easy access to the 126 and 101 FWYS, 10 minutes from the beach, the mall and The Collection River Park. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurant options. Utilities are shared.
