We are a house of three queer guys looking for a new housemate to sub-lease until we renew in June 2027. We are looking for someone who may also want to renew. Our leases are yearly.

The property manager requires a $54 application fee.

Your monthly expenses: Rent: $585 Property Management fees: $9.75 Internet: $16.25 Heat: $5-$10 in the summer, $20-$30 in winter.

Bi-Monthly Expenses: Electricity: $80-$110 Water, Trash, Sewage: $90-$130

Ty: I am a 33-year-old chef, horticulturist, digital artist, and activist. I work various kitchen and catering gigs around town, so I am not home much. In total, I work three jobs. When I am home, I’m gardening, cleaning the house, or working on my computer downstairs. I manage a catering company and try to make my digital art business work the rest of my free time. I keep to myself because I’m almost always busy, but I’ll happily collaborate with others to improve our home. I’ve lived in this house for eight years, and have found a great community within South Seattle.

Ian: I am a customer support representative in my day job & a freelance broadcaster, Commentator, and director’s assistant for online events. In my free time, I am often at Karaoke at Pony, Fighting Game Locals, TCG events, or hitting up independent movie theaters. At home, I’m trying to get back into the swing of reading books & watching more movies from my collection or gaming. Always down to hit up a local event with the roommates.

Charlie: 32 year old Queer man. I work as an assistant manager at a personal storage facility in SODO as well as being a part time student at WSU. Most of my time at home is spent in the backyard with my dog Lucy who is always happy to have more friends around. Lucy is a 5 year old husky mix who sheds surprisingly little. She is good with most other dogs and has lived with cats before without issue, but any other small critters will activate her prey drive. When not working or studying I tend to spend my time reading, exercising, listening to podcasts and taking care of my plants. I enjoy living in a house that is a mellow retreat from a busy world, but always happy to have a roommate join me while I’m watching Star Trek in the living room or playing with Lucy outside
