I know that the rent seems high but it is exactly 1/2 of the total. This apartment is Awesome! You have your own big, full bathroom with a tub and shower. You have a walk-in closet and a window. The bedroom is easily big enough for a queen bed, some dressers and even a couch. You will also have access to the pool, gym, and hot tub. This is in a really fancy apartment complex called Las Ventanas. There is a ring camera and an ADT security system at the front door. Most packages will be delivered at the Amazon Lockers on the property. The living room is decked out with 2 couches, one with 2 built in recliner seats. There are also a few coffee tables, a PC with a big monitor, and a huge 72“ TV with Prime and Netflix. I also have a laptop connected to the TV to stream any movie you feel like watching! The kitchens got it all: air fryer grill, microwave, electric stove & oven, blender, toaster and a dishwasher.

I will have my 8 year old daughter over most wekends, so I will be screening for weirdos, but if your background check/record is mostly clean then I can get along with pretty much anybody. I don;t care about DUI/DWI’s, petty drug or drinking charges, but I can’t have anyone with violent crimes around my kiddo, sorry. I know a lot of people get such charges in unique circumstances, or change their lives after getting such charges, but I got to be careful with my kid. I am clean, but not super clean! I keep the living room clean and make sure dishes don’t pile up but I am not gonna freak out over a small mess. If I wake up hungry a 1 a.m. I’m probably not washing whatever dish I use. I am pretty good at just putting anything I use into the dishwasher! If you have decorations you want to put up, go for it. The room I am renting out has my daughters’ stuff in it atm but she ends up sleeping in my room or the living room every single night! So I figure, rent is high, that room’s just sitting there and the apartment’s big and empty most of the day, so I am renting it out. I don’t care if you smoke pot, I don’t anymore but all my friends do. Same thing with drinking. If you smoke ciggarettes please keep it to your room only. Also, not tryna sound bossy, but on weekends you gotta keep the pot in your room too since my kid will be in and out of the common area. I do vape and I am cool with any type of vaping since it doesn’t stink the place up. If you are not ok with me vaping I can accommodate you by only doing it in my room If you have a kid full-time or part-time that’s fine, there is a BIG walk-in closet that would work for any kid 12 or under, but I don’t imagine many people with kids are on this app looking at single rooms for rent… Anyways I am a professional tutor and do construction work early in the morning. Like I said, rent’s a bit high but this complex is great and the room, closet and bathroom are huge!
