The basement apartment is rented in total by 36 yo m (Brent)

Your room will have a private entrance and small kitchenette two eye stove top, mini fridge and counter space. All other kitchen related items are the responsibility of the tenants. There is limited access to full kitchen. Bathroom and laundry space are shared.

The room is a large private space with 3 large closets

I will consider month to month lease for additional charge monthly.
