About the room
Nice big room that can be fully furnished or empty. Currently there is a queen size bed and a large desk in it. There is a private bathroom in the same hallway that would be primarily used by yourself and on rare occasion if friends/family stay in a guest bedroom. The house itself is large and spacious. Two living rooms, two dining rooms, a theater upstairs, and a large kitchen to cook in. Summer is great because we have a pool and a nice outdoor area.
The house is cleaned twice a month by a cleaner and the yard work is all taken care of. Utilities would be included.
About the roomies
We are a young gay couple with two pugs that live in the house. Both of us are very busy and split time between Visalia and Fresno. Looking for an easy going roommate.
