I’m renting out a room in my three-bedroom apartment in Asheville, located off Long Shoals Road. Please note that I’m only accepting female applicants. The room comes with full access to the house, including an in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll share a bathroom with a guest room that’s occasionally used by my kids when they visit from California. Our apartment complex offers great amenities, including two pools, a gym, a car wash station, and a dog park. I’m open to considering a well-behaved dog, but keep in mind that it’s a second-story unit, and you’ll be responsible for the pet deposit. My boyfriend and I live in the apartment, but he’s away at work most of the time. Rent is $800 per month, plus 1/4 of the utilities. The security deposit is $400, making the total move-in cost $1200. I’m flexible with weekly or bi-weekly payment arrangements, and you’re welcome to move in immediately. A bit about me: I’m a 46-year-old assistant executive housekeeper who works full-time. I’m looking for preferably a single female . Female couples ok .who works or goes to school is clean ,good attitude. I don’t want no bad vibes in my house. I’m easy to get along with. I work a lot and when I’m not working I usually stay in my room and watch TV or record in my home studio. I don’t care if you smoke or vape, but I cannot stand the smell of cannabis, but you can go to the patio. I don’t care if you drink as long as you don’t get belligerent. My boyfriend lives here too but is working most times. Parking is available. Month to month or week to week is ok.
