I have a room for rent in our new quiet, house in San Jacinto. Kids welcomed. Tenant will have access to house but responsible for keeping their area clean and organized after they cook. The tenant won’t be confined to room. Would have access to the living room to watch TV, the kitchen to eat and put her things, and the yard. The bathroom would be shared. Utilities are included, WiFi and use of washer/dryer. The room is for $800 month. Extra for couples. Shared bathroom. There’s 3 bathrooms available
First month’s rent will be paid when you move into the room with a deposit of $800 which can be split up if needed. 3 month lease then month to month. If theres no drama then can stay indefinitely. Central air in house
No smoking indoors No Dogs Small animal thats in an enclosure like a snake is ok. May consider a single cat with conditions.
Everyone gets along like family & would like to keep it drama free. No partying or drugs
