My current roommate will be leaving when the lease runs out in June. Getting in early on finding a replacement. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, fox lake is a pretty small town. The kitchen is great, and the whole apartment is surprisingly spacious. The neighbors on one side are kinda loud but my room is against that wall so you should be fine. Other than that, neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, as do I. Females are preferred but I might take anyone depending on how desperate I get.
I’m a 26 year old trans woman. Spend most of my time in my room, but I do watch TV sometimes. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen making homecooked meals and work full time so I’m out a lot anyway. I am kinda bad about clutter, but it’s still clean in here. As long as you’re respectful of boundaries and don’t leave rotten food lying around I’ll tolerate any clutter you leave lying around.
