Single room in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome. Looking for a new roommate as current roommate is leaving at the end of June. The room has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The area is mostly quiet, and the townhome has a small patio that backs up to a wooded area. About the roomies
My name is Caleb. I’m 24, and I’m the roommate who will be staying at the apartment. I enjoy board games, reading, and Cooking. I’ve got some furniture that will be staying, but about half of it will be leaving with my roommate, so you’ll have room for your stuff in the common areas. I work full-time in downtown Savannah, so will be gone most of the day during the week. Just looking for someone to split rent and bills with so I can afford to stay. I have pet allergies, so unfortunately I can’t have any cats or dogs in the house, but if you have any non furry pets they are more than welcome!
