Hello! I’m looking to find someone to take over my lease at The Vistas in Turlock.
The property is a student housing complex right across the street from Stan state. Amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, gym, movie room, included WiFi, free printing, gated parking, and more!
My room is the double deluxe, I own both leases for the room so you get the whole room to yourself meaning two closets, desks, dressers, and two beds you can push together if you want.
In unit washer and dryer is pretty nice, they fixed the A/C units this summer so they work really good now (great heater for winter too).
For utilities, they’re included up to an allowance. Because it’s two leases in one though I never pay anything really.
It’s a great place to live, especially under the new management, and really great for any Stan State student. Cheaper than the dorms and nearby units for sure. I’m moving to Modesto which is why I’m trying to sell my lease. Lmk if you have any questions, wanna see the property, etc.

The unit is a four bedroom, each person has their own lease so you don’t have to worry about their rent. If you’re a male you’d probably take my exact room, and my unit has only one other occupant who is a really cool guy.
If you’re a girl you’d be getting the exact same room type, just a different unit.
This is the cheapest option for a single room, if you take over my lease you can renew at a very similar price.
