About the room
A room is soon to be available for rent in our Santa Fe Hills 4 bedroom 2,500 sq. ft. home. Room size is 12 x 14 feet, is partially furnished (nice queen bed and dresser - at your option), and shares a nearby bath with one quiet, clean and respectful young person working on his PhD in physical therapy.
The home is near the highest location on Via Barquero and the upstairs room has a nice view to the south over San Marcos. There is a sizable backyard with built-in BBQ and the home backs up to the foothills above where there are trails for walking, jogging, etc., and more great views.
Street parking is always very easy, typically right out front, but garage space may also be available.
Five minutes from Palomar College and ten minutes from CSUSM. Washer and dryer available.
No one smokes or takes drugs. One fine feline is in the home; another pet may be considered.
Monthly rent is $1,120 and utilities are typically $100-$120. A security deposit of $1,120 is also required. A credit report and background check will be completed.
About the roomies
In addition to the tenant already mentioned there are a couple enjoyable, clean and respectful middle-age dudes who enjoy surfing and motorcycles. Oh, and very modest besides! ;~)
