About the room
This Beautiful Home boast, a queen size bed, which is extremely comfortable, Direct TV and Wi-Fi are included. The home i Is a three bedroom two bath property. All utilities are included. The home features a wraparound yard, which is extremely spacious and all appliances are included. Air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer coffee maker, deep fryer, crockpot, and rotisserie. The bathroom is shared with one woman that works nights. She works from 5 PM until 5 AM. The home is very quiet and there is also a TV in the bedroom as well as the common area. The home features a living room a separate dining room with a sitting area and barbecue grills in the yard, propane and charcoal. The two roommates that are there now are very private and respectful. There is one woman and one man however, the bathroom will be shared with a woman.
About the roomies
There are currently two roommates in the home and they are very private. I am a very cool landlord, that is looking for someone that is easy to get along with, no drama and no stress and most of all someone that can afford to pay the rent on time.
