This will be taking over my share of the lease as my partner just got a job offer and will be moving here soon and I obviously am wanting to live with him again when he does lol. The move is estimated to take place between late May to mid June (an exact date will be provided soon). Lease ends August 19th so a notice to renew or not will be required no less than 20 days before the lease end date. Room can fit a queen or a king sized bed with a desk and TV comfortably. Closet is walkin and spacious. Private bathroom connected to bedroom. Whole apt is 1,012sqft. Bedroom has horizontal sliding windows. Apt has a patio and is on the 1st floor. Neighbors are polite and friendly and noise is not an issue. Feels very safe and is tucked away. Complex has a small nice walking trail and a community garden. Very family friendly so in warmer months children are often playing outside but are not disruptive. Apt is hard flooring except for the bedrooms. Electric is generally $200 on average. Water fluctuates slightly based on use but is paid with rent on the portal. The rent for this listing is split perfectly in half with the other roommate. Street parking is available. Apartment comes with a parking spot but current roommate is using it (you are free to negotiate with her on how to share the space if you like). This complex is no smoking in or around the unit. The allowed smoking area is only 1 building away though, and you are allowed to smoke in your car if the windows are rolled up. Vaping shouldnt be an issue but I will give warning that the fire alarm has gone off twice because of a vape so please be concious of this, thank you!

As I mentioned before this is taking over my half of the lease. My current roommate is laid back and friendly and has a really sweet dog that loves to greet you at the door. Her dog adjusts very well to cats even if the cats arent super nice towards her. My roommate picks up after herself in the shared living area as well. She’s fine being friends or just keeping separate space and respecting boundaries. If you have a dog, we both prefer that a meet and greet takes place with the dogs to ensure they will both get along well with eachother ❤️ She is also currently using the parking space so if you have a car then please think about how you would like to share this space with her.
