This room is a steal as it is located in a 3K sq ft home, four bedroom, four full bath house with two married people for 20 years. We do have two children who are in school, so we are looking for a female under 35 who can be respectful and appreciative of our house. You get your own full bathroom with shower, your own room, and your own space with use of kitchen and laundry of course.

This house was built 3 years ago We moved from the Bay Area. And it is a steal. Trust me I’ve seen the rooms that are out there and none of them compare. High speed internet included, no cable but Prime, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, Starz included bills, ceiling fan, shutters, recessed lighting, fat closet, room off to the side in its own separate area. Room will be unfurnished except for mounted TV.

Nearby brand new Costco within 1 minute away, very convenient next to new Safeway and CVS great location!!!!

About the roomies

Married couple with two children in high school college age no overnight guests/ non negotiable. Stranger danger please respect our space and we’ll respect yours. No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, must pass background check.
