Details:

14’x10’ bedroom with a dedicated, neighboring (not ensuite) bath on the 3rd floor of an end-unit townhome (built 2018, shoes-off household) with roof access.

The house as a whole would be shared with only two other humans (myself, a young professional working in healthcare, & my girlfriend) and my 2 cats & my gf’s crested gecko (whose tank is on the 2nd floor), so one can anticipate a mostly non-disruptive environment. I am habitually very clean (+ sober), so any fun get-togethers would likely simply be based more so on food, digital entertainment, and/or games. (If you enjoy modern tabletop / board games, I have a large collection.)

The room is furnished with a small desk as well as an electric standing desk (not pictured), queen size bed, chest of drawers, built-in closet, a couple of wall-mounted mirrors, a couple floating shelves, and TV stand w/ standalone (not smart) TV. There are 3 windows in the room, one of which is larger and will open. All window coverings are zebra-style roller blinds. (The large window also has blackout curtains overlying the roller blinds.) There is also a (not pictured) ceiling fan + light fixture.

The main living common area is located on the 2nd floor, which includes great room (complete with 2 TVs, 1 smart & 1 not), sofa & chaise, rocking recliner, oversized bean bag, board games, older console video games, patio (with retractable curtain screens to provide option for semi-private and enclosed outdoor space), and kitchen. There is a half bath/powder room on this floor, too.

You will have full access to GPN amenity offerings including local community parks and trails, playgrounds, grills, common areas, and pools + spas.

In-home common areas include kitchen, great room, patio (all 2nd floor); rooftop deck (4th floor); and laundry (3rd floor). All common areas’ furnishings, electronics, entertainment items, and appliances are available for usage.

Fewer than 5 prior occupants in the room.

Utilities are included: water, electricity, gas, waste; 1 GIG fiber internet with wall ethernet pre-wiring + wifi. No cable TV, but the SmartTV in great room is antenna-ready with innate Roku screencast and attached chromecast + HDMI connectability.

Plenty of adjacent neighborhood street parking available. If you drive an EV, you are expected to conduct your charging off-premises.

Employed professional with demonstrable regular income.

1+ mo minimum commitment for short, medium, or long-term stay. Expect agreement to be structured in a month-to-month format.

Mature, respectful, responsible, organized, environmentally-conscious, and clean.

No smokers or illegal substance users.

Preferably no pets but must be animal-friendly (as I do have the 2 cats who freely roam the house, minus the bedroom for rent).

I am a young professional working in healthcare (physical therapist) but also own and operate my own business on the side in the same realm. My hobbies include board gaming, playing badminton, swimming, yoga, hiking, eating, doing escape rooms, and playing live reality games. I am fairly involved in the community and local goings-on; I do participate in Great Park neighborly and city-hosted events including hosting neighborhood game days regularly in the amenity club houses.

My girlfriend currently works as a manager in comic book store, but this is in Long Beach, so she may seek new type work upcoming. She dabbles in a wide range of interests including various crafts. Most the indoor greenery you’ll see in the home is thanks to her.

We collectively enjoy watching shows and movies together and will often do that in the great room in the evenings to wind down from the day. We are both in our late 30s.

My 2 cats are siblings: Tigger (quite social) and Nala (quite introverted). They mostly spend time between floors 2 and 3.
