3BR 2BA Mobile Home. Unfurnished 12 x 14 master bedroom for rent with an attached private bathroom with shower. Utilities included. Also, a small TV with cable and Internet. Heat and Air Conditioning. Washer and Dryer. Pool at the clubhouse.
(I currently have a twin bed and some furniture in the room, but I will remove it once rented or I can keep the twin bed if you need it…. or you can bring your own furniture) We can work it out.
Deposit can be split in payments. The room was used primarily for watching TV. Everything is within 1-4 miles. Vons, banks, Home Depot, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Trader Joes, and many more stores. Close to the Trolley, 24 Hr. Fitness and the YMCA and the Riverwalk walking trail. Santee Lakes 2 miles away.

I also drive Mission Gorge to Friars to get to central San Diego. No freeways.

Must be non-smoker, no drugs of any kind or excessive drinking. No couples, no children although ok for children to visit. NO pets.
