3BR 2BA Mobile Home. Unfurnished master bedroom for rent with an attached private bathroom with shower. Utilities included. Also, a small TV with cable and Internet. Heat and Air Conditioning. Washer and Dryer. Pool at clubhouse. (I currently have a twin bed and some furniture in the room, but I will remove it once rented or I can keep the twin bed if you need it. I can also buy a full-size bed) The last person had a day bed, so I don’t want to buy anything I don’t need yet. Thanks. Everything within 1-4 miles. Vons, banks, Home Depot, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Trader Joes, and many more stores. Close to Trolley.
