This 3 bed 2 bath condo is a 5 min. drive and 20 min. public transit from SDSU! Your private bedroom is unfurnished, and your bathroom is shared with one person. Each bedroom has an independent wall heater. In-unit washer/dryer. All utilities included, including high-speed wifi and a parking spot. 1-year leases only, month-to-month is not available. The common spaces are furnished, more recent pictures coming soon! Move-in date is on/after June 29th.

I’m Sydni and the 2nd roommate is Natalie. I’m the property owner, I’m in my early 20s and military, so my days start early/end late. Natalie is in her early 30s and works the food industry, so her work is also sporadic, and she has two cats so unfortunately we can’t take anyone with pets! We can sit and have nice convo, but we both tend to come home, do our chores, watch TV and go to sleep, considering our busy schedules. Respecting everyone’s things, cleanliness, and quiet time have always been subconscious acts with us.
