I’m renting out a fully furnished bedroom in North Durham’s Eno River Valley area.

Rent: $730 Internet: split Electric: split No water bill (free well water!)

Room includes: full-size memory foam bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf. I can also take things out that aren’t wanted.

Looking to rent by February. I’m open to leasing options. It can be 3 months minimum up to a year with options to renew or go month-to-month.

About this home: 1400 sq ft, 2 acres of land surrounded by trees and nature. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Home will be shared between you, myself, and a very loving 3-year-old black lab named Marley. There is storage space for bikes, kayaks, etc…

Growing plenty of food and have a spare garden bed and space if you’re interested as well. I don’t smoke, but I’m 420 friendly (but please smoke outside). Within a 5-minute drive, there is: river access, hiking trails, state parks, and a shopping center for groceries and restaurants. This home is in a more rural area but close to downtown Durham, being only an 8-mile drive away, and Duke is about a 9-mile drive away. My previous housemate taught at Duke and it took him 15 minutes to drive there.

I’m an accountant in my early 30s. Im a very chill guy, clean, respectful and easy-going. I have plenty of experience living with housemates and my experiences have all been enjoyable. Im usually outside, at the gym, dog park or playing instruments at a practice space to avoid being a disturbance.
