Apartment is called Timber Crossing. It’s near several train tracks, but pretty quiet otherwise. Very close to 610, surprisingly central location to many areas: downtown, heights, River oaks, etc. The room is a master bedroom with a walk in closet. It’s furnished simply with a nectar bed with a clean mattress, bedding, etc , a desk and chair, TV with Roku, a dresser, and a few other small things. Shared bathroom, free parking, bills included, laundry facility onsite and Laundromat down the street. I’m respectful and keep to myself, I have a girlfriend who comes over a couple times a week, and I’m looking for supplemental income. No smoking inside, pets, or trump supporters. $400 refundable deposit

I’m an introvert, and read lots of books and play games in my spare time. I have professional culinary experience, and have a well stocked kitchen. I want to share my apartment with a roommate with as little fuss or drama as possible. I value consistency, reliability, respect and privacy. I’ve lived here for 7 years, have a stable career, and I’ve successfully had several roommates without any major issues.
