Currently I’m a retired from NC and living between properties. I’m not at this location often in the evenings. I’m overly obsessive about cleanliness and would not tolerate smoking inside the apartment. There is a back porch. I’m not a drinker, but don’t mind if you are. No drugs or parties would be tolerated. Sorry. I am ‘picky’ in choosing a roommate. Included in the rent would be water, sewer, garbage, tv, wifi, access to the community pool in the summer months, and electric.
