I have a room for rent in my 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. I’ve lived here since 2004 and the home has recently been renovated.

Amenities: -Full kitchen with all appliances (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, small dishwasher).

Extras: -I will give you extra closet space for your belongings! -Your own kitchen cupboard space

Rent: $850/mo. and NO UTILITIES! If you want internet access it will be an additional $15/mo. but this is optional. One month’s rent and deposit is due once approved and a criminal background check is required.

Fun Fact: The room/house is equipped with the best energy saving windows in the industry. If the weather is hot the windows will reduce the heat by 80%.

About Me: Female, I’m in my 30s, I work in the hospitality and in the fashion industry. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful. I don’t smoke or party, but I will occasionally have a friend or two over for a game/movie night. I’m looking for a tenant who is also respectful, responsible, and preferably who doesn’t work from home.

Laundromat a couple of blocks away). -No children or pets. The room is for one person only.

Two of us live here. We are both in ur 30s. She is a nurse and I work in hospitality. We are very clean and respectful. The property is pretty quiet. You would share the bathroom with her as I have my own in my room.
