We Have a 3bedrroom 1 bath house. We have a nice clean bedroom for Rent with your own private entrance from your bedroom. Share living area, kitchen and bathroom. Decided to INclude All Utilities including Wifi. You are responsible for your food/drinks. Room can be furnished. We have a large yard not fenced in as of now. We have 2 service dogs and 3 cats so we can’t have any other Pets here. It’s a quite little street we live on decent neighborhood. You would have to park on the front street we use our driveway for parking. NO Smoking allowed in the house . We Don’t Allow Anyone who Does Drugs and No Alcoholics!! Must be good with Kid’s We Have our 8 year old son. I don’t just let anyone around my Son. We Keep to ourselves for the Most part. We Don’t want people in and out of our house. And you Must have a Reliable Job able to Afford Rent it’s Due The day before the 1st . 1st month and Last Month. Also Be Responsible and respectful and Honest . Please clean up after yourself and keep It clean. Responsibile for your own food. If you own 1 pet then there is a Pet Deposit We can Talk about. Always Lock all the Doors. Pretty Easy simple rules.
