Very safe neighborhood on the golf course , it’s beautiful room right next to the bathroom. You also have your own parking space inside of a covered garage and washer and dryer is in the house. You have full access to the kitchen and anywhere in the house. I don’t put restrictions on people that live in my home. I want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. Of course you’re allowed to have a friend over or an overnight guests just as long as everybody’s respectful. I mind my own business;) we’re very close to all the freeways and we’re about 20 minutes from everything 20 minutes from Moreno Valley 20 minutes from Ontario 20 minutes from Rancho Cucamonga so on and so forth . I also have a pool and I have tennis courts and there’s a country club if you’d like to sign up for a small fee you can golf . I’ve never golfed to myself, but I enjoy watching them.💕 my room is furnished with a bunkbeds and a table and a desk

Just my (15) daughter & I ; We do have a small dog and two little cats just to let you know in case anyone is allergic. It’s really nice to live here. My property is gated and safe, it’s very quiet and we’re very happy. Hopefully you like it !! Take care
