About the room

I have a spare room that is available now. utilities included we do not have a cable but a very good internet speed because I work from home. The room has a regular closet. It is a pretty decent size room. It will be a shared bathroom. The place is near summerlin and very accessible to store. I am living with my kids so no visitors drinking or smoking inside the hone This is an apt condo unit. NO visitors no any Illigal drugs or alcohol allowed in the home. No smoking and no vaping inside the home!
