About the room

This mobile home park is the nicest in Rapid City SD. The park requires a background check to renters, as well as, owners. That is what keeps the park safe.
The room is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser. It is a fairly large room with its own bathroom. The yard is a corner lot so is nice to sit on deck most of the year

About the roomies

It would be just the two of us. I have a third bedroom I use for storage and if need be I could make room for anything you have to store. I work full time so I am not home much. I am over 50 and quite laid back.
