Bills are included with reasonable usage of utilities

Shared space to include living room, dining room, kitchen and sitting area.

Small dog with $150 non-refundable pet fee and roomie will be responsible if any damage to property caused by dog.

Hi, just me the owner and I work full-time outside of the house. I do have 3 adorable cats but they are not to be in roomies or shared spaces whether I am home or not. However roomies well behaved dog would be welcome not only within the rented private bedroom and bathroom but in the shared spaces as well.

My backyard is fenced.
