About the Townhouse: • Two stories (your bedroom + private bathroom on its own floor for extra privacy!) • In-unit washer & dryer • Balcony attached to your room– super private and perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after work • Community pool, hot tub & gym • Free parking for you and (plenty of) free street parking for your guests • Living room and kitchen are furnished, but I’m open to changing things if you’d like to add your furniture as well!

Location: Mission Valley, San Diego — close to everything: shops, restaurants, freeways, transit. Trader Joe’s and Fashion Valley Mall are within 2 miles. No pets please.
