About this space Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located location in Kerns (recently voted the #4 neighborhood in the world, by Time Out!) a short walk from Whole Foods, in a verifiable food forest of a neighborhood full of everything from Asian pears to fig trees. This is a Portland four square with three bedrooms on the second floor, and 1.5 bathrooms.

The space Airy Portland four-square that I’m still letting settle into being more of a home. Well equipped kitchen with bartop seating and full dining room table.

This is a new listing and newly moved into home, so all of the creases may still be getting ironed out but I’m happy to answer any/all questions before booking.

Guest access You get access to the whole kitchen, your room, the shared bathrooms, the entire first floor common area. Everything in the pictures.

If it’s not in the pictures, it’s probably not part of the listing. While the household is really chill, it’s important people be on a relatively normal schedule or at least not have a ton of activity between 11 pm and 8 am as old houses don’t have the best sound proofing.

During the winter it’s usually in the mid-60s.

Flexible as to whether or not utilities are split or flat rate.

I’m pretty friendly! Usually happy to share food and conversation, or otherwise keep to myself.

There are two rooms available (A large one and a smaller one) and no standing roommates at the moment but I’m looking for either a couple or someone for each room. I also have small dogs.
