I’m looking to rent a 3 bed/2 bath (1,300 sq ft) apartment and would like a roommate for the third bedroom and second bathroom. I hybrid work from home and will have the other two rooms as my bedroom and office. I’ll be paying more in rent since I have the extra room; displayed rent is your estimate with utilities.

Ideally looking to move in June-Aug timeframe, but I’m willing to move sooner if I find the right roommate before then!

You will have your own bedroom, own bathroom, and we share the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. I can furnish the kitchen and living room (I cook a lot and have everything for a kitchen, plus a 65“ TV and stand, and an XL 6-seater couch. You would furnish your own bedroom.

I enjoy movies, reading, and playing board games. I go to live events like concerts, ballet, orchestra shows, etc about every other month and enjoy socializing! I don’t mind being friends or just a quiet and respectful roommate.

I have 3 friendly lap cats who are well-behaved, healthy, and registered ESA with updated vet info, shots, and paperwork. They like to lounge on the couch, my bed, or in anyone’s lap! My roommate should be cat-friendly, as they are friendly/curious and will want to cuddle with you.

I’m very clean and deep clean my living spaces weekly and scoop litter twice a day. I’m hoping to find someone who is also clean/tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. I like to “close” the kitchen at night and leave it without dishes or food/mess out. I don’t mind a lived-in space, but general cleanliness to prevent vermin is very important to me.
