This is a nice safe location near Geary that is close to a lot of muni lines. It’s spacious, has a great kitchen and is near laundry plus local groceries. Please note that the room being rented out connects to someone else’s room!! That’s why the price is so low. Curtains were put up for privacy and that’s what you see in the final pic.

I am the one vacating this room and lived with two roomies in this place. Generally they are pretty chill and doing their own stuff. Both are either doing work or school, try to keep clean and are friendly but keep to themselves. A lot of the times they are gone most of the week/busy. Since the room being rented out connects to someone else’s room, they prefer other girlies to take the spot.
