The rooms both have large windows, closets of their own, and the carpets are newly replaced. The property itself is 1400+ square feet, and the front and back yard are managed by me. The house comes equiped with everything needed and even some extras like a digital and online secruity system. The area its self is nice neighbors keep to themselves and the house is just 2 turns off the main road.

I am currently the only one living on the property with mt cat. I keep to my own room 99%. I work late and will be coming into the house about midnight most nights, but i can keep it quiet for the most part if need be, as i dont often stay up much later after i get home. Ill be on my computer or working on cosplays most mornings after 9 so dont have to worry about me waking anyone up. Only thing of note is the one cat on property is mine and when i am not home she may follow other people in the house around.
