Looking for a responsible, courteous, levelheaded adult that fits the current house environment.

Room for rent: 160sqft, faces the front of the house, connects to a balcony that overlooks the front of the house, custom built closet, remote operated 3 speed ceiling fan with dimmable lights.

Home is 2,428sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.

House was completely remodeled a few years ago. Bedrooms are not furnished but the rest of the house is. Big patio in the backyard was added in 2023. The unfinished basement has a ping pong table, foosball table, projector, couch, 2 futons, and some storage use. Tenants have access to the entire house apart from other tenants’ bedrooms. All tenants must follow and abide by house rules such as rotating chore schedule, courtesy for other tenants, cleaning up after themselves and/or guests, etc., among others. No pets at all, no smoking inside the house, any kind of smoking must be done outside away from the house.

Street parking only, no garage or driveway parking.

Rent includes all utilities such gas, electricity, garbage, sewer, water, and internet; many household items such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain removers, dryer sheets, cleaning products, cleaning rags, air fresheners, aluminum foil, parchment paper, ziplock bags, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, plastic cups, paper plates, basic condiments, basic spices, etc. and access to the security cameras around the house. There are some streaming apps logged into the living room TV and basement projector that are accessible.

The lease process includes credit check, background check, and reference check. 1st month’s rent and deposit are due at moving in.

2 males (incl me) 37yrs and 38yrs old and 1 female 31yrs old (my gf, she stays with my in the master bedroom). Everyone works full time, gets along great, we have a really good environment at the house.
