It’s a sublease which will be until July 31st, 2027 - negotiable end date. The rent is $1200 a month with a $ 20 bill monthly for wifi and power. No smoking (can be done outside or w/ an air purifier. no cigarettes indoors) and no cats or dogs please (there is a cat which already lives here and does not do well with other cats or dogs, smaller animals that mainly stay in the room or with you should be fine). Laundry is on-site (communal) and a dishwasher in-unit. Free parking is available on streets close to the apartment. Approx. a 10 to 15 min bus ride from Cal and close to College Ave and Telegraph. Kitchen has most appliances and living room bookshelves are full but other furniture is welcome. WiFi router will be in your room (as it is the only room with the cording necessary to run it).

Landlord will require an application, but I will be happy to provide the fee for you to complete it.

I’m a 22y/o afab gender-neutral History Major at UC Berkeley working remotely and am usually pretty quiet/like keeping to myself. Happy to make friends and go out if that’s your vibe or I’m down to just stick to roommates. I like hiking, stargazing, watching tv shows, reading, videogames, and playing with my cat. I’m pretty neat and easygoing, but definitely would like communication to be a priority in roommate situations.
