Located in the desirable K section neighborhood of Rohnert Park, right across from SSU in a brand new neighborhood. Modern gorgeous house. You will also have your own private room and private bathroom 2 feet away downstairs. It’s very nice for someone who wants more privacy. The rent is $900 including the private bathroom. The utilites should be averaging about $100 per month total (pg&e, garbage, water, and wifi) since the bills are split between 5 people evenly. We have solar panels which helps keep the cost of electricity down. Very friendly neighborhood that has a nice park less than 5 minutes away. Also we have a big loft for extra storage, 2 door garage where you can also store things in there and extra 2 extra closets that are good for extra storage.
My roommates are mainly all girls. There is one couple who share the master bedroom. Most roommates are either students at sonoma state and or working. The age range is mid 20’s. We are all friendly with each other but also keep to ourselves. My other roommate is also moving out so if two friends are looking to rent rooms this could be an ideal situation.
