It’s 2000$ in total but I can accept 700$-1000$ depending on your situation. I’m looking to save some money. I took care of the deposit and the lease is for 13 months. I have space available — your own private bedroom and I’m looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and clean. Must be okay with dog (mine is friendly and part of the family!)
