Brand new 2025 Townhouse build, costumly built flooring, kitchen and comes with nice amenities pool, gym and club house. House is super nice about 1900 square feet. Access to super nice living room and all our amenities. You will also have your own personal bathroom (listed in picture). I am on the top floor (master bedroom) and my friend is on the bottom floor by the garage.(3 stories)Your room will be in the last couple pictures, on the top floor by me.

Just me (26 yrs old) and my roommate/ co-worker/ friend (24 yrs old Male) super laid back, hard working professionals in the tax industry. We don’t spend much time at the house other then when we get off work, mainly just relax in our rooms or cook occasionally. We are super mellow and career focused. No drugs and No drama. We would love to add to our house vibe if the energy fits right. Other then that we laugh joke around and typically just have a good time. We’re always open to meeting new people and going out to do new exciting things. We also have cleaners that super clean the house once a month we split the bill it’s $200 just to keep the house fresh. We also have a small cat.
