The property sits on a 2.5 acre lot with a pond. With chickens, and an above ground pool. Bathrooms will be updated before move in date. Room can be furnished aswell. Whole house Water filtration system installed. Enjoy the quiet outdoors away from the city. Only a short 20-25min drive to downtown Charleston, and to the beaches. Hospitals along with I26, and 526 are approx 10-15 away. Come enjoy coffee in the sunroom or pull up a chair and drink it by the pond fully stocked with fish. Room can come furnished or unfurnished, whichever the renter prefers. I am a full time night shift nurse at MUSC, born and raised in Charleston. Come join me out in the country 😁
