Home is located near downtown Norfolk with easy highway access and a prime central location close to: • ODU (Old Dominion University) • Norfolk State University • Sentara Norfolk General Hospital • Naval Base Norfolk • Naval Medical Hospital Portsmouth
Two adjacent private rooms with shared bathroom. 1 is available now with the second becoming available in April (Possibly sooner). Both rooms come furnished. Full size mattress needed for the one in the photos. Utilities and Wi-Fi included Access to on-site security camera system Parking available Convenient access to dining, shopping, and waterfront downtown attractions.
Security & Privacy Note: There is one interior security camera in the first-floor shared common area only, used for home monitoring and accountability while I’m away. All bedrooms are on the second floor and remain fully private. Tenants will have access to all camera feeds.
About the roomies
I work out of state and will be gone most of the time, returning about once a month. Ideal for someone who values personal space, convenience, and a well-maintained home. Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate who will treat the home with care.
